Tasks
During the course of your internship for the SWISS Future Intercontinental Experience Program, you support program management with the overall planning and steering of the project portfolio in terms of schedule, quality and costs and assist preparing relevant Board decision items.
- Help with the preparation and organization of program meetings
- Prepare decision items and set the agenda for the respective program governance bodies (e.g. Management Board, Review Board)
- Support the Program Management Office with the alignment of various sub-projects
- Assist with the set-up and documentation of various sup-project management plans
- Track program risks and update of program timelines
- Run a small sub-project on your own within the commercial area
Requirements
- Workload Specification: For this position, a 100% workload is preferred.
- Bachelor degree in business administration or engineering
- Experience in project management
- Ability to work independently and to perform under pressure
- Good analytical and conceptual skills
- Strong implementation orientation and a hands-on mentality
- Good team player, high commitment and flexibility
- Focused and well-structured working approach
- Very good MS Office skills
- Business fluency in written and spoken German and English
