- Your responsibilities include:
- Leading or supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the department
- Assisting in the implementation of new processes with internal and external stakeholders
- Designing workshops end to end — from gathering stakeholder requirements to final execution
- Supporting and further developing our agile organization
- Assisting with Product Owner activities
- Supporting the Ops Performance Management & Development team with business administrative tasks

Requirements
We are looking for a self‑driven and motivated individual with a strong affinity for airline operations and a willingness to support a diverse upper‑management leadership team. We offer an exciting workplace with a broad range of topics.
- Preferred workload: min. 80%
- HF diploma, Bachelor’s, Master’s students or graduates (HF/Bachelor’s: 3+ semesters completed) in economics, business administration or similar
- Working Style: Ability to work independently while being a strong team player; confident interpersonal skills and a passion for organizing activities and events
- Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and German; ability to create analyses, presentations, and documentation
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
- Professional Interaction: Ability to interact professionally at all levels of the organization and to communicate complex topics in a clear manner
