Tasks
Passionate about aviation and eager to turn strategy into action? This internship offers hands-on exposure with the Corporate Development team, where you’ll help translate strategic frameworks into execution and contribute to dynamic projects that deliver real business impact.
Strategy Support
- Contribute to strategic execution, collaborating with relevant departments.
- Support strategic projects and initiatives with data aggregation, analysis and visualization.
- Conduct trend and market analyses and benchmarking.
Department Support
- Facilitate and prepare executive briefings and presentations for relevant meetings.
- Support the drafting of general presentations and board documents.
- Prepare and coordinate team meetings, events, workshops and offsites.
Requirements
We are looking for a self-driven and highly motivated individual with a strong interest in airline operations, who can quickly get up to speed and proactively support our team. You will work in a strategic environment covering a wide range of topics, offering an exciting workplace at SWISS.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree, or an “HF” Advanced Federal Diploma of Education. Ideally in Business, Strategy, Aviation, Tourism, Engineering or Management-related studies
- Enrollment for the internship period or as gap-year internship between two degrees
- High data literacy, ability to analyze, structure, interpret and visualize data to support strategic decision-making
- Understanding of financial concepts and their application in strategic context
- High affinity for strategy work and airline environment
- Advanced MS Office skills (esp. Excel and PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High motivation and initiative
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in team
