inspire AG is the leading Swiss competence centre for product innovation and advanced manufac-turing. As a strategic partner of ETH Zurich, our mission is to transfer knowledge and technology from research to Swiss machine, electrical and metal industries.
Project background Our research focuses on advancing intelligent monitoring and quality assurance in industrial manu-facturing processes. In this internship, you will work on state-of-the-art anomaly detection methods using computer vision and time-series data, with a particular focus on multimodal data fusion for powder bed fusion (PBF) additive manufacturing of 3D parts. The project combines theoretical research with hands-on implementation on real industrial datasets and systems.
This position is ideal for candidates interested in applied machine learning and computer vision at the intersection of research and industrial deployment.
