Zurich, we are looking for an motivated
Senior Actuarial Consultant - ALS / Prophet Developer.
Your Tasks: - Enhance and maintain existing actuarial models (ALS and Prophet) used across multiple reporting frameworks, including IFRS 17 and SST
- Support business-as-usual (BAU) activities while contributing to ongoing modelling initiatives
- Implement model improvements and ensure accuracy, robustness, and efficiency of calculations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyse and interpret results across P&L and balance sheet perspectives
- Contribute to the continuous development and optimization of actuarial modelling processes
- Work within an experienced actuarial modelling team, sharing insights and best practices
Your Profile: - 5+ years (ideally 10+ years) of hands-on experience in ALS and Prophet development
- Strong experience with with-profits products
- Solid understanding of model flexing techniques (knowledge of alternative approaches is a plus)
- Independent, delivery-oriented, and able to quickly adapt to new environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Qualified actuary or equivalent actuarial experience is a plus
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
