SWISS Brand Identity & Design shapes a consistent visual and sensorial brand experience across all passenger touchpoints. From airport signage to inflight product, UI/UX to interior design – the team steers a wide range of projects while connecting internal stakeholders with external creative partners.

- Support the Brand Identity & Design project team in planning, developing, and implementing branding projects
- Act as a point of contact between internal stakeholders and external partners (brand agencies, producers, group companies, Star Alliance and Lufthansa Group representatives)
- Assist with branding projects in areas such as airport signage, inflight product, merchandising, corporate photography, naming, print, UI/UX design and interior design
- Manage and further develop the SWISS image gallery and other internal online platforms
- Maintain and update the various SWISS design guidelines
- Handle general administrative and organizational tasks
- Workload Specification: For this position, an 100% workload is required
- Completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Marketing/Communications, or a related field
- Strong affinity for and interest in brand design & identity and aesthetics
- Creativity and a keen eye for detail
- Quick comprehension, precise and careful working style
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Strong identification with the SWISS brand
- Solution-oriented mindset
- Team player with strong social skills
- Persuasive and authentic personality
- Excellent command of German and English; French is an asset
- Very good MS Office skills
