Tasks
- Support Ground Operations from the inside
- Administer training processes and provide organizational support
- Coordination and assistance with company internal events
- Handle station administrative tasks and assist in planning activities
- Support station operations by providing necessary documentation and communication materials
- Assist in the development and implementation of communication strategies and knowledge management initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth flow of information and knowledge
- Gain practical experience in administration, communication, and projects
Requirements
- HF diploma, Bachelor’s, Master’s students or graduates (HF diploma & Bachelor’s students must have completed at least three semesters) in the field of communication
- Independent work with proactive planning
- Team player
- Strong conceptual and analytical capabilities
- Customer-oriented mindset and solution-oriented thinking
- Very good spoken and written English and German skills
- Strong MS Office skills
