Tasks
As a member of the team, the half-year intern is involved in all areas of responsibility and provides support in day-to-day business as well as in individual initiatives and projects.
- Identification of specific prevention and health promotion needs, taking into account existing analyses and findings (e.g. employee survey)
- Contributing to the development, implementation and evaluation of target group-specific prevention measures for the various staff groups (cockpit, cabin, ground)
- Driving forward the mental health concept for the promotion of mental health within the company
- Management of leisure activities (e.g. running, singers, badminton)
- Management of our health management Sharepoint site
- Preparation of monthly absence reports
- Insight into case management
Requirements
- Interest and passion for occupational health management and the desire to help shape it on own initiative
- Completed Bachelor's degree in health promotion, health management or a comparable study program
- Creativity in the development of problem-solving approaches
- Flair for numbers, analytical and conceptual skills
- Ability to present complex issues precisely
- Team-oriented and self-motivated personality
- Enjoy dealing with different stakeholder groups
- Very good level of German and English (oral and written)
- Advanced MS Office skills
