Senior Talent Acquisition (7/8 months contract)

  • Selecting and evaluating applications
  • Leading interviews in French and English
  • Searching for and approaching suitable candidates
  • Creating and maintaining requirement profiles and publishing job ads
  • Organizing and implementing recruiting events (Forums, Hackathon events, technological challenges)
  • Setting-up and maintaining a network to universities, interest groups and recruitment agencies
  • Partner with hiring managers and head of operations to understand our recruitment needs
  • Coach hiring managers on recruitment processes and best practices, market and recruitment trends
  • Build and maintain effective partnerships and positive relationships with candidates, colleagues, and hiring managers
  • Ensure that the process and the final hiring decision is properly handled in a timely manner


  • You have completed higher education or a specialized HR education followed by minimum 10 years of experience in recruitment
  • You have acquired a good experience in an IT recruitment agency or an inhouse experience in an IT company
  • You are familiar to social media and you are interested in technology and the IT field
  • In addition, you are an organizational talent and your strengths are social skills, reliability, strong ability to work in a team and independent, pragmatically working style
  • You have excellent communication skills in French and English
  • You have an ability to multi-task
