Learning & Digital Library Coordinator m/f/d, Basel-Stadt We are seeking a collaborative and detail-oriented team member to join our clients the
Scientific Content Team. This role will primarily focus on two key areas: coordinating the Scientific Content Training Program and supporting the management of the clients digital library platform.
The ideal candidate will work closely with the team members to
ensure seamless planning, execution, and support of training sessions, as well as
efficient management of digital resources.start date: Jan/Feb/Mar 2026

Your Key Responsibilities: - Training Schedule Coordination:
• Collaborate with the Program Lead to define and maintain the annual training schedule - Session Setup and Management:
• Organize and manage training sessions using learning management systems (e.g., Cornerstone), edit and upload post-session recording, and collect and analyze participant feedback and attendance data - Session Moderation:
• Facilitate and moderate virtual live sessions, ensuring smooth execution and addressing any technical issues as needed - Promotion and Communication:
• Identify target audiences and promote training sessions through internal communication channels - Digital Library Platform Support:
• Assist the eLibrary Manager in maintaining and updating digital library content
• Provide support in handling user requests and inquiries related to the digital library
Your Qualifications: - Vocational degree with relevant experience
- 3-5 years Experience in project management, communications, or related fields
- Ability to collaborate effectively across time zones and with diverse teams, flexibility to work global hours (17.00 - 20.00)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- First experiences with stakeholder management
- Proficiency with Google Suite
- Fluency in English
Nice to have:
- Familiarity with learning management systems (e.g., Cornerstone)
- Experience with digital library platforms or content management systems
